I am new to your services but the two ladies I have met, Liz and Claire are very nice and compassionate.
Not too many bathrooms. Other than the above all excellent.
I have terminal pelvic cancer. I am only under one community nurse specialists so far since May 2016 Lyn McInnes. She listens and shows professional compassion.
She comes across as very real and down to earth in every sense not just dealing with the paper work. She does her utmost to find out all I want to know, when I am ready.
She never pushes her ways onto you rather suggests them as an Idea to mull over. I may well need more from your service in the near future so far I feel confidant I will be in good hands. Knowing your life as you knew it has gone forever and facing pain discomfort is heart breaking at 42.
Excellent programme, well presented.
My partner, Alan Yandell, was an in-patient at St. Peter's in 2015. He received such amazing care and support.
I have just finished attending a Group Bereavement Course over the last 6 weeks.
I found this course very helpful and the facilitators were wonderful, creating a confidential and supportive atmosphere for everyone.
It was an enjoyable experience and just talking or listening with the other participants seemed to help with my grief.
I personally would have liked the course to be 8 weeks long.
Everything was good from the day dad, came in until he left to go to the care home.
Excellent.
Nurses very kind.
Very pleased with all aspects of St. Peter's but I think I would have appreciated a phone call in the weeks following my husband's passing. I am not lovely but feel very lost.
Up until now all the visits by your nurse have been as good as anyone could expect.
The care I had was great.
Things were done for you, drinks at.
More things to do.
